A Study on the Function and Construction of Security Mechanism for Interests Harmony in China

The social security systems,coordinating the interests relations in China,at least own three functions: eliminating the uneven protection systems;promoting benefit-sharing features;maintaining bottom fairness,which demands that the security systems of interests harmony first of all should be targeted to address the livelihood problems for the purpose of maintaining the bottom line fairness.Accordingly,the security mechanism of interests harmony in China should be mainly constructed from three aspects: the establishment of giving basic interests necessity mechanism to ensure accessing to the power of survival interests;the establishment of the flexible assistance mechanism for lack of interests to enhance the resistance of the interests risk;the establishment of reasonable interests compensation mechanism to promote the realization of interests balance.
