Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study flocculation of Sancaotang with chitosan.METHODS Chitosan flocculation to a paste rate and yield of total flavonoids as an index, use of UV Spectrophotometric Determination of total flavonoids, first through the single-factor experimental study of chitosan dosage, flocculation temperature, solution concentration than Flocculation effect of three factors on the impact of factors to determine the scope of re-use of orthogonal test to determine the optimum conditions flocculation.RESULTS The selection process for the addition of flocculant quality 1.50g·L-1,the flocculation temperature of 40℃,liquid condensed than 1∶3.CONCLUSION The chitosan flocculation Sancaotang purification process is simple, effective purification and high security.
