A Study on Ecological Civilization Construction from the Perspective of New Institutional Economics

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC, ecological civilization construction has caught the attention of the government and the public people. Ecological civilization construction is the only choice and important goal of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This article from the new institutional economics in the perspective of the current construction of ecological civilization in China, uses the transaction cost theory, property rights theory and institutional change theory from the environmental property rights system comprehensive decision-making mechanism, environment and economic development, environmental monitoring system, and researches in the public's awareness of ecological aspects, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in order to solve the problems of ecological civilization construction in China.
