Abstract

Ecological civilization is the inevitable trend of development of human civilization.Need to rely on system building,ecological civilization can develop healthily.Ecological civilization construction has been constrained by a series of inadequate in system construction in China.We must strengthen the system security for our country's ecological civilization construction.We need in the political,policy and law three areas to take corresponding measures.
