Summary and Practice Research of Experience about Rural Development in 60 Years of China

The development of Chinese rural area has a significant change during the 60years of foundation of China.The development of rural area,especially policies which including land revolution,state monopoly for purchase and marketing,People's commune system and Household registration system,has played a great role in establishment of the socialist system and the foundation of national industrial system from 1949 to 1978.The development of rural revolution,during 1979 to 2009,liberated and developed social productive forces in rural areas,changed and integrated the rural socio-economic structure,strengthened and improved the rural grass-roots democracy through deepening the rural administrative system,innovativing farming methods,improving the status of the farmers.The construction of new socialist countryside has been put on the strategic position of urban and rural development in the new term of development.For further promoting rural reform and development,they could enhance the role of government-lead,improve the role of market,give full play to the farmers of the main roles and pioneering spirit,closely rely on the hundreds of millions of farmers in building a new socialist countryside.
