Abstract
Since founding of PRC, rural development in China has experienced three stages of reform and development, from recovery of rural construction, period of agricultural marketization, to 21 century new rural communities construction period. Through investigating the historical development of rural areas, we can find that new rural communities' construction need new rural developmental model, and the construction of study-type rural is the inevitable choice of rural development in China. Study-type countryside is all the members in rural devote to construct the study-type rural which has continued growing learning ability with a common vision, and rural expand and create the future positive energy through the creation of self-learning.
