Simple Comment on the Crime Subgject of Units-View from"Subject of Crime"and"Subject of Criminal Responsibility"

There is lack of corresponding theory study discussion to some problems,such ascrime subject of units and subject of criminal in our country's criminal law theory. This also results in a good many problems of application in judicial practice. In order to strengthen instruction effect for our country's legislation, especially for judicature, the author offers a bold viewpoint, i. e. one subject of crime; two subjects of criminal responsibility, suggests that we should absord the principle of superior responsibility in American Corporation crime critcally.
