Abstract
Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) molecular makers were used to detect the genetic diversity among ten Broccolini and Chinese kale varieties. The results showed that eighteen primers worked well on stability and polymorphism was filtered for RAPD,the total number of band was 73,among which the number of the polymorphic band was 39,occupied with 53.4%.The genetic similarity among the varieties ranged from 0.3611~0.9000,with a mean of 0.6306,indicating very high genetic diversity in Broccolini and Chinese kale. The cluster analysis results showed that ten varieties were classified into three groups with GS 0.53.RAPD technique might be an effective method to evaluate the genetic diversity of Broccolini and Chinese kale.
