Towards the Government - Guided and Service - Oriented Transformation Models in the Rural Areas in the Period of the Republic of China (1912-1949):With Rural Service in Jiangxi as the center

In 1934, the National Party of China launched a rural service movement in Jiangxi Province after it occupied the Chinese Soviet Area established there. The rural civil servants in Jiangxi actively carried on rural service work in terms of management , education, training and defense, exploring and working out a set of traditional models concerning transformation of the rural society characterized by government dominant guidance and rural - oriented service, thus pushing forward the modernization of the rural society in Jiangxi in many aspects. Although such models have three puzzling riddles, yet they are rural transformation models that are still worth being used for reference today.
