Abstract

Objective To explore the continuing hemorrhage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage incidence, time of occurrence, the relevant factors and prognosis in order to improve disease diagnosis and treatment and reduce mortality. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital since 2006,108 cases of cerebral hemorrhage clinical and CT data. Results Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage continues to hemorrhage rate was 36.1% more than the onset occurred within 6h,mainly related to blood pressure level, high alcohol consumption, coagulation dysfunction, and other factors. Conclusion Of early cerebral hemorrhage patients and patients with risk factors should be closely observed, and proven interventions.
