Abstract
Incubated in NaCl solution with different concentration [c(NaCl)=0, 0. 05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20,0.25mol/L], Hordeum vulgare seedlings mitosis decrease d bu t micronuclei frequency increased, what is more, Abnormal division including chr omosome fragmentation, anaphase bridges and unequal split was found in the root tip cells. The effect of NaCl depended on the concentration and duration time of NaCl breeding. The higher the concentration is, the stronger the effect is. The longer the treated time is, the more the effect is.
