Building Socialist New Countryside which is a major strategic decision given by the Party Central Committee in order to build a harmonious society and promote integrated development in rural area,is also the great historical tasks for our Party in the modernization of China.To develop rural vocational education and to enhance comprehensive quality of peasants is groundwork in accelerating building the new socialist countryside.However,rural vocational education develops slowly and have a long way to meet our demands for various reasons.Against this background,applied measures should be taken to strengthen and improve rural vocatial education and promote rural economy developping more rapid..
