Comparative education should make an aggressive reaction to the social transformation and play an important role in the practice of education reforms.Comparative education should insist on the principle of putting theory into practice and combining historic and realistic factors,as well as innovation on methodology.The researchers' specialization and innovation are the driving forces and the basic guarantee for the development of comparative education.
