Abstract
Objective To study efficacy and significance of percutaneous vertebroplasty under CT guided in treating vertebral heamangioma. Methods 12 cases with vertebral heamangioma accompanied with clinical symptoms comfirmed by imaging and pathology were treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty under CT guided. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated and followed up.Results The vertebraplasty was successful and the clinical symptom was improved in 12 cases but one.The effective rate was 91.7%.There was epidural vein embolism in one patient. The pain recurrented in one patient five month later and accepted operation. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebraplasty is a effective method in treating symptomatic vertebral heamangioma.
