Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of nasal cavity structure reconstruction surgery on juvenile abnormal nasal cavity structure.METHODS Twenty five cases of juvenile multiple abnormal nasal cavity structure who were ineffective after medication were enrolled to undergo nasal cavity structure reconstruction surgery.Preoperative nasal airway resistance(NAR) and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared with those 6 months after operation.RESULTS The effective rate after operation was 92%.At 6 months after operation,nasal airway resistance(NAR)and VAS scores were decreased significantly(P 0.05).CONCLUSION Nasal cavity structure reconstruction surgery is an effective method for juvenile abnormal nasal cavity structure after ineffective medication.
