Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography for the diagnosis of obstructive jaundice.Method: From June 2000 to June 2011,80 cases of patients with obstructive jaundice in our hospital, the ultrasound findings in patients with surgical and pathological findings were analyzed statistically.Result: In all 80 patients diagnosed by surgery and pathology, intrahepatic obstructive jaundice was 28 cases,52 cases of extrahepatic obstructive jaundice,21 cases obstructive jaundice directly diagnosed,6 cases of indirect diagnosis. The accuracy rate of 96.43%,extrahepatic obstructive jaundice directly diagnosis of 44 cases, indirect diagnosis of five cases, diagnosis of unknown three cases, the diagnostic accuracy rate of 94.23%.The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy of 76 cases, four cases the diagnosis of unknown accuracy rate of 95.00%,with surgical and pathological findings, statistical analysis,P 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Ultrasound diagnosis for obstructive jaundice is with minimally invasive, simple to operate, safe, repeatable, with low inspection fees, with higher specificity and accuracy on the jaundice type, location, identification judgment.
