The Therapeutic Effect of Matrine Combining with Xuesaitong in Patients with Hepatic Fibrosis Induced by Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To study the efficacy and mechanism of matrine combining with xuesaitong in patients with hepatic fibrosis induced by chronic hepatitis B.Methods 187 masculine patients with HbsAg,HbeAg,HBV-DNA were randomly divided into 2 groups:matrine group received matrine 150mg combining with xuesaitong 400mg,intravenous drip,once daily,8 weeks was a course of treatment.Control group received diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection 30mL and potassium magnesium aspartate injection 20mL.Before and after the treatment,serum HA,LN,PCⅢ IV-C and liver function were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the serum hepatic fibrosis markers of the matrine group reduced obviously(P0.01),and the changes of liver function had statistical significance before and after the treatment(P0.05～0.01).Conclusion Matrine combining with xuesaitong play an effective role in treating chronic hepatitis B by lessening the symptoms hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis,improving the liver function.
