Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect in treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF) amalgamate left heart failure (LHF) with Sodium Nitroprusside for Injection (SNP) . Method: We selected 41 confirmed cases of chronic renal failure. The subjects were randomly divided into 2groups : In the trial group there were 22 cases who were treated with SNP iv drip persistance (20~80μg/min) and were observed 48 hours. In the controlled group there were 19 cases who were treated with Nitroglycerin Injection (NTG) iv drip persistance ( 5~15μg/min) and were observed 48 hours. That two groups were on the bases of routine treatment (including Cedilanid ,Aprovel and Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets). Result: In the treating group, the apparent rate was 81.82%, the effective rate was 95.45%. In the controlled group, the apparent rate was 52.63%, the effective rate was 68.42%. Conclusion: The curative effect of SNP for chronic renal failure amalgamate left heart failure was better than NTG in heart function and breath and heart rate and blood pressure. These results suggest that SNP is aneffective and safe medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure amalgamate left heart failure.
