Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of urokinase plus in thoracic close drainage for adhesion of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 240 cases of tuberculous exudative pleurisy patients were randomly divided into closed thoracic drainage plus urokinase group(A group,80 cases),thoracic cavity closed drainage group(B group,80 cases) and pleural fluid puncture group(C group,80 cases).A group put central venous catheter in the chest to draining pleural effusion, and urokinase 100 000U plus 20ml normal saline injected into pleural cavity when pleural effusion to be reduced.Continue drainage when occlusion catheter for 10 hours every other day,and a circle of treatment include 3 times. The same as other forms of treatment. Results The incidence of Pleural thickening and adhesion of group A(8.75%) was lower than group B(30.00%) and C(52.50%),the difference was statistically significant.(P0.05).The incidence of complications of group C is higher than that in group A and B(P0.01).When injected drugs in cavum pleurae the leukocyte count and protein in pleural effusion will be lower than before in a short period of group A(P0.01),while the group B and C have no significant changes before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Urokinase plus in thoracic close drainage can effectively reduce the occurrence of the opportunities and the extent of pleural thickening and adhesion, there were no adverse reactions.
