Abstract

The flavones from North Ph.praecox leaf were extracted by hot water extraction,water-alcohol extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction process.The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed by the orthogonal test.The results showed that extraction efficiency was the highest with ultrasonic extraction method extraction yield was 2.4%.
