Issues of Engineering Construction Standards and Management System in China

This paper analyzes the basic situation of engineering construction regulations and standards in China from three levels of national standards,industry standards and provincial standards based on data analyzing. And then by identifying the legal articles,this paper analyzes the management mode of engineering construction standards and the status of management system in the view of developing,implementing and supervising standards.Through domestic status analysis,this paper puts forward constructive comments to perfect the management system.
