Abstract
Teachers' Ethics construction is the need for the school to enhance its educational content,train qualified personnel,optimize the teachers structure and improve their own quality,is also an important guarantee to develop socialism talents.Only faith in their professional ethics and professional conduct,continue to strengthen their professional and ethical quality,adhere to their ethics norms,and always maintain the love for students and teaching work,can the teachers be a qualified instructor.
