On Building of Teachers' Professional Ethics

Abstract
Construction of teachers'professional ethics is the cornerstone of education career which ensure its healthy development,and the construction of teachers'professional ethics must adapt to the teacher growth pattern,reflect teachers' labor characteristics,be helpful for teachers' development in an all-round way. This article tries to analyze the countermeasures of construction of teachers'professional ethics from aspects of its connotation and cultivation.
