Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features of recurrent cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The clinical data of 68 cases with recurrent CI and 68 cases with incipient CI were analyzed retrospectively. The factors related to the recurrence of CI were studied combined with literature. Results In 68 cases with recurrent CI,hyperlipidemia accounted for 36.7%(18/68),hypertension for 72.1%(49/68),diabetes for 25%(17/68),hypertension with diabetes for 14.7%(10/68),hypertension with coronary heart disease for 25%(17/68).There was statistic difference between the two groups. Conclusions Hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia were the factors related to the recurrent CI and other risk factors are associated with recurrent cerebral infarction.
