Abstract
Objective To investigate the influce of emotional management on anxiety,depression and sleep disorders of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March to September 2013,they were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients of conventional group were given conventional care,including health education,airway management,rehabilitation guidance,45 cases of study group were given emotional management on the basis of conventional group,before and after treatment,Hamilton anxiety,depression scale(HAMA,HAMD) and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) were used to evaluat improvement of negative emotions and sleep quality. Results After treatment,HAMA,HAMD,PSQI score of two groups were lower than that before treatment(P0.05),but HAMA,HAMD, PSQI scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The emotional management can effectively improve negative emotions and sleep disorders in patients with cerebral infarction,which will help restore the patient′s condition,it is worthy of application.
