Abstract

The conditions of the instrument of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the hydride reaction were optimized. The method for the determination of trace tin in seawater was established with the detection limit of 0.012μg/L in the liner range of 0.012—20μg/L and the precision(RSD) of 5.5%.
