Effects on the Gastric Mucosa lesion Repairing in Rats with Moxibustion at Stomach Meridian acupoints

Abstract

Objective:To observe the protecting and repairing effects on the gastric mucosa damage in rats with moxibustion at stomach meridian acupoints Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,stomach meridian group and control meridian group.Then the gastric mucosa damage rates were test after the different treatment of moxibustion.Results:Compared with model group,the reduction of the gastric mucosa lesion index and the rehabilitation of microstructure of gastric mucosal tissue in stomach meridian group and control meridian group were significant(P0.05).Furthermore,the effect of moxibustion at stomach meridian acupoints were more evident than that of moxibustion at control meridian acupoints(P0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion at stomach meridian acupoints can protect and repair the gastric mucosa damage of rats.
