Abstract

The liability of traffic accidents damages compensation is a specific damage liability for tort.The principle of fault liability is fully not fit in the liability for tort led by motor-vehicle.The principle of strict liability also is not a reasonable choice.The liability principle of fitting in The traffic accidents damages compensation should be to select the principle though deducing fault method.So,It is necessary to further study and revise the law concerned in the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety.
