Abstract

The broadband characteristic of Lange couplers was used to design L/S band balanced broadband low noise amplifier, and a simulated design software was used to optimize the operating frequency, noise figure, gain, input and output SWR and other several important indicators. The designed amplifier whose gain is 33~35 dB,noise figure≤1 dB,input and output SWR 1.5 when the frequency rang is 1.2~2.5 GHz.The low noise amplifier has prefect performance and meets the technical requirements.
