Abstract
The purpose of this research is to make them clear,wihch one is the relation between ability of acceleration and top sprinting speed and another is the relation between driving leg backwardly and swinging leg forwardly which with the significance in directing sprint training,in order to promote the level of sprint training Above two points have been analysed through theoretical method 1 If the top sprinting speed wants to be raised,in fact,the ability of acceleration should be improved 2 If faster running is wanted,the really effect of driving leg backwardly should be enhanced However,the enhancement of the effect originates from more effectively mutual promotion of driving leg backwardly and swinging leg forwardly
