Abstract

The results of swinging leg techniques have direct influences on the strides and paces of sprint as well as the strength of back kicking. They also affect the horizontal speed of the body moving ahead and the coordinated forces of the body. This paper expatriates the relationships between swing leg techniques and sprint performances.
