Abstract

Objective: To analyze chromosome karyotype and reason of sex developing abnormality.Methods: Preparation of the blood lymphocyte chromosome karyotype by G banding.Results: The patients of abnormal chromosome has 18cases(60.0%),other abnormality has 12 cases(40.0%).Conclusion: To understand the genetic etiology of sex differentiation patients by genetic analysis,then to provide help for clinical diagnosis and treatment timely.
