Abstract
The method of isolation of total alkaloids from the acidic extraction solution of Macleaya microcarpa was established by using D101 macroporous resin as adsorbens to provide free alkaloid fraction A with 50% ethanol in water as eluent and free alkaloid fraction B with acetone as eluent. From the fraction A,five isoquinoline alkaloids,dihydrosanguinarine(1),dihydrochelerythrine(2),6-ethoxysanguinarine(3),6-acetonyl-dihydrosanguinarine(4) and Bocconarborine A(5) were isolated, and from the fraction B,protopine(6),α-allocryptopine(7) and β-allocryptopine(8) and berberrabine(9) was obtained,of which 3,4,5 and 9 were found in this plant for the first time.Their structures were determinated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
