Strategy study of environmental pollution liability insurance in China

China's environmental pollution liability insurance has just started,it is still in the pilot phase.There have been some problems in the pilot process.So the development of the insurance has been restricted.In order to solve the problem of the pilot,the paper uses economic analysis and historical research methods.The paper proposes insurance technology,legal,insurance system,three aspects of the strategy to solve the present question.These strategies provide guidance to insurance companies the development of the insurance business.It establishes the theoretical foundation and strategic support for China to develop and improve environmental pollution liability insurance.
