Analysis and Exploration on Several Issues of Chinese Environmental Liability Insurance

Environmental pollution and its damage have become the inevitable common issue to human beings.Environmental liability insurance has been proved to be an effective marketing mechanism of environmental risk management.Therefore,it is urgent to establish environmental liability insurance system in our country.According to the inexperienced practice of experimental units,the author discusses some issues which have not been reached a consensus from the aspects of insurance structural patterns,insurance coverage and the insurance compensation source of environmental liability insurance and puts forward some constructive suggestions in order to explore related theories in accord with Chinese situation.
