Improving of the Practicality Teaching System of the Logistics Vocational Higher Education

In view of the vocational training logistics management in problems,according to the primary goal of personnel training requirements of Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College,through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of professional logistics management,and logistics personnel of the logistics market demand for employment,and on the basis of China's current characteristics of the logistics business operations and logistics teaching experiences, this paper poses that logistics management to the training of personnel serve the purpose of market-oriented,and strengthens practical teaching and the establishment of a scientific flexible,pragmatic,open and practical teaching system.
