Necessity and Conditions of Logistics Experimental Training

Abstract

This paper analyzed the current state of logistics personnel and logistics requirements by analyzing a number of shortcomings in personnel training. Then, the paper discussed the necessity of introducing the logistics experimental teaching in the common logistics professional training to achieve effective education of logistics professional teaching. Finally, some important conditions and necessary implementation processes are listed out.
