Abstract
Teachers are engineers of human souls,who shoulder the responsibility of educating students,propagating human civilization,cultivating elites and improving the quality of the whole nation.The construction of teachers' ethics is both a professional requirement and a historical responsibility.This paper,in order to improve the teachers' ethics,conducts a study on how to enhance the construction of teachers' ethics in terms of teachers and vocational institutes.
