The Application and Evaluation about Periodontic-endodontic Treatment in Cases of Severe Periodontitis

Objective Study in patients with severe periodontitis endodontic treatment of periodontal treatment effects,to investigate the state of the pulp effect of periodontal treatment.Methods Will be admitted to our department 44 cases of patients with severe periodontitis,52 teeth were randomly divided into experimental groups(periodontal endodontic treatment group)and control group(simple periodontal treatment group)were recorded before treatment,treatmentAfter the first 4 weeks,7 weeks,the first 12 weeks in patients with PPD,PLI,SBI value.Results All patients completed the treatment course of treatment,no significant adverse events.Two groups of clinical indicators after treatment compared with before treatment were statistically significant (P 0.05),Experimental group improved more significantly,and the difference between the two groups was significant statistical significance (P 0.01),in the control group,after treatment.After the first 4 weeks,7 weeks,the first 12 weeks of the indicators are relatively no significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion In patients with severe periodontitis periodontal endodontic treatment options than a simple effect of periodontal treatment is more obvious,more conducive to periodontal bone regeneration.
