Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of using the SLIPA laryngeal mask in anesthesia of facial wrinkle removal surgery.Methods 40cases patients,taking the facial wrinkle removal surgery electively,were divided equally into two groups with the method of the random digits table.Group A use laryngeal mask anesthesia and group B use endotracheal catheter anesthesia Both groups were given the intravenous general anesthesia,inserted the laryngeal mask after induction of anesthesia,and then took the mechanical ventilation after the endotracheal tube.The heart rate(HR),arterial pressure(SBP),pulse saturation of blood oxygen(SPO2),end-tidal pressure of carbon dioxide(PETCO2),mean airway pressure(Pmeat),and peak of airway(Ppeak)were measured before intubation(T1),laryngeal mask insertion or after the intubation time(T2).After pulling out the laryngeal mask or intubation 2min later(T3)in the two groups,the researchers recorded the cases of nausea,vomiting,cough,hoarseness,sore throat,reflux aspiration.Results The incidence of sore throat in group A is much lower than that of group B(P 0.05).But the incidence of nausea,vomiting,hoarseness,cough in both groups are similar in statistics(P 0.05).And no reflux aspiration occurred in both groups.The SBP,HR in three time periods in group A are similar in statistics(P 0.05).The differences between SBP,HR in T2,T3time period have statistical significance(P 0.05),the SPO2,PETCO2 in both groups are similar in statistics(P 0.05).Conclusion Using SLIPA laryngeal mask in anesthesia of facial wrinkle removal surgery is safe and easy and it also has little effect on hemodynamic,and could significantly reduce the occurrence of complications caused by anesthesia endotracheal intubation.
