Comparison of general anesthesia with SLIPA laryngeal mask and endotracheal intubation for laparoscopic gynecological surgery

Abstract

Objective To compare the effects of SLIPA laryngeal mask and endotracheal intubation on safety and hemodynamics for laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods All of 66 cases were randomly divided into SLIPA laryngeal mask group(group A) and endotracheal intubation group(group B);SBP,DBP,HR,SpO2 were recorded before intubation induction of anesthesia(T1),cover(tube) into successful immediate(T2),cover(tube) in 3 min(T3),cover(tube) extraction(T4),before the cover(tube) removed instantly(T5) and cover(tube) after extraction of 3 min(T6),and recorded two groups of complications situation.Results In group B,SBP,DBP and HR at T1,T4,T5 were higher than those at T0 and the same time points in group A(P0.05);Compared with group A,the incidences of body movement,coughing and sore throat of group B were much higher(P0.05).Conclusion SLIPA laryngeal mask airway in general anesthesia during laparoscopic gynecological operation has hemodynamic stability and less postoperative throat complications.
