Study of glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis and supervising of gestational diabetic mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis and supervising of gestational diabetic mellitus.Methods Chose 60 patients with gestational diabetic mellitus in Changzhou Maternal Health Care Hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 as the research group,60 normal cases as the control group,the fasting blood-glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,the abnormal rate of tolerance of oral glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed.Results In research group fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were apparently higher than those the control group,there was significant difference.In research group the abnormal rate of tolerance of oral glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were apparently higher than those the control group,there was significant difference.Conclusion Glycosylated hemoglobin in diagnosis and supervisiong of gestational diabetic mellitus is effective,oral glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin have more advantages,and it has good clinical application value in diagnosis and supervisiong of gestational diabetic mellitus.
