The Existing Problems and Countermeasures for University Students' Scientific and Technological Innovation Activities

University students' scientific and technological innovation activities in our country have made remarkable progress in the past 3o years.However,the achievement is not enough because there are fewer students to participate such activities,and the awareness of marketing in school is not strong.The main reason for these problems is that the connotation of university students' scientific and technological innovation activities is not clearly defined,management is not coherent and school departments are divided into fragments etc.To promote university students' scientific and technological innovation to a new level,it is suggested that university students' scientific and technological innovation activities should be changed into the first class from the second class,the tutor system should be carried out,and the university students' scientific and technological innovation activities center should be established according to a matrix structure.
