Abstract
Finding out the mechanism of blast resistance of rice and breeding the rice possessing broad spectrum and durable blast resistance are the key point and thorny point of study on rice blast.This paper reviewed the cloning of rice blast resistance genes and rice blast avirulence genes,function and structure of rice blast resistance genes and mechanism of interaction between rice blast avirulence gene and resistance gene,and discussed the problems that people needed to solve in further study of rice blast.
