On Value of Prosecution

Abstract

Prosecution system is a kind of legal system to supervise the enforcement of laws in order to realize the justice and efficiency value of laws. Prosecution value must be clear, and it's worthwhile to improve prosecution system. So the basic theory of prosecution lies in the justice and efficiency value. From the angle of fair procedures, this article discusses the deserved value as well as actual value of prosecution.
