Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the conditions of seronegative NAT positive donors. Methods 18751 samples which were screened and inspected with combined HBV,HCV and HIV by Roche Cobas S201 System, were tested negative with ELISA,then in which were tested positive with NAT were reconfirmed. Results The results showed that 15 samples in 18751 specimens which tested negative with ELISA,tested positive with NAT,and the rate of positive detection was 0.08%.Conclusion It is necessary to implement high sensitive NAT detection in blood screening for blood safety.
