Forecasting Method of Urban Land Use Scale and Applied Research——Take the city of Harbin in the province of Heilongjiang for example

Rational calculation of urban land use scale is an important basis for evaluating the rational level of urban development.Using the gray interaction in forecasting urban land use scale on the basis of improving the model of the double factor theory,and forecasting urban land use scale of city Harbin in 2010-2020 on the basis of setting up a forecast model of urban land use scale,we have reached a!conclusion that urban land use scale in city Harbin will expand rapidly,this certainly will occupy a lot of the valuable farmlands.In order to restrain the trend of rapid expanding of urban land use scale,we should tap the potentialities of reserved urban lands,pay more attention to urban intension development,correctly handle the relationship between farmland protection and urban development and strengthen the management of land use,at same time increase the flexibility of the plan control.
