Abstract
The retail trade in Shenzhen has developed very quickly in recent years,which brings about not only convenience but also various problems.We should strengthen the governmental management,promote the economic effectiveness of the retail trade,adjust the class of retail trade,input the new efficient management models and speed up the development and usage of managing software.
