It takes nearly 50 years from determine the status of the farmers after people's commune system was established,until changes into non-farmers after land acquisition.In this period,system has changed a lot.Weakening of social control,as fringe benefits reduced,making the farmers outskirts of Shanghai began to build their own new identity.The author will discuss from the aspect of the process of constructing identity,the legitimacy of identity,recognition and rejection of the plan.
