Abstract

Based on engineering case,starting from project preliminary preparation,later construction,and acceptance and other aspects,it demonstrates the experiences,lessons and problems of EPC general contract model in international construction,and summarizes the features of international EPC general contract mode,with a view to ensure the smooth international construction.
